Many language learners believe there is no better way to enhance your language learning experience than staying with a host family. Immerse yourself in British culture and get to learn a bit more about the language you are studying and the country you are living in. Others prefer to have their own space and focus exclusively on their studies in our residential accommodation. No matter what your preferences are, our accommodation providers will make sure you feel at home away from home.

All our host families and residences are thoroughly inspected by our accommodation provider, The Language Training Co. They ensure all families provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment to relax and study. Families usually live in residential areas around Bournemouth but not in the town centre itself. Most of them are within 20-45-minutes on a main bus route with easy access to the town centre and all that Bournemouth has to offer. Please note that in the summer it may be extended by 20 minutes.

Inclusive in the price of homestay accommodation is breakfast and dinner everyday, and also a packed lunch at the weekends. Bed linen, Wi-Fi and at least one laundry wash per week is also part of the accommodation package. Residential accommodation also includes Wi-Fi but food is not part of the package.

Homestay Accommodation

Staying with a family is probably the best way to practise your English and learn more about the British way of life. Host family homes are regularly inspected and most of our families are located within 20-45 minutes away from school by public transport (approx. £17 per week). The family will provide all the necessary assistance.
